Creamy white head stayed on pale copper coloured still body. Metal, earth, grain & grass aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the front with a dry clean back. Earthy tastes with cereal, bread, sweet berry, biscuit & yeast tastes.

2019 version. 50cl bottle at La Lella, Rimini, Italy. Pours clear gold with fine white foam. Aroma is malty and cereal. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium sweet with decent little bitterness, though not lasting. Final is fairly short.

Ein rotes Rotbier mit einem ordentlich malzsüßen Körper, das aber nicht wirklich aus der Masse heraussticht. EIne nette Brauerei und ein nettes Bierchen, das sicher als Qualitätsbier zu sehen ist, aber auch nichts allzu besonderes ist.
