Bottle. Amber color. Cereal aroma and flavor. Thinnish. Hint of pear. Just a little bit of grainy sweetness. Nice and easy drinking beer without much depth.

Draught (5%) @ Protokoll Aroma has strong malt and mashy aromas with cereal. Flavour has sweet corn-like malt, some wort and cardboard. Finishes with mellow grassy hops with mint. A pils heavily on the malty side. Not my thing.

Bottle, thanks Philip. Nose is chocolate, some acidic citrus, some grey bread, some rye. Taste is dark chocolate, bread, just a touch of alcohol. A bit unbalanced

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear copper with a White head. Massive caramel, Dark fruit, bread, grains. Slight alcohol. Medium bodied.

Pyraser Ultra, Flasche von REWE, Berching. - Kupfergoldbraun, klar. - In der Nase schweres, fettes Karamelmalz mit sirupartiger Süße, Malagawein und gebrannter Zucker aber auch zitrusfruchtiger Aromahopfen. - Antrunk schwer und tief karamelmalzig mit fast schon klebriger Karamelsüße, leicht schokoladigem Malz, likörartiger Frucht. Milder rezent, breit; deutlicher Alkohol. Im Abgang lebhafte aber etwas derbe zitrusfruchtige und krautige Hopfenherbe. - Mächtig schwerer Doppelbock, der zwar ruppige, Salvator-ähnliche Züge aufweist, aber durch solide Malztiefe und überraschend aromatische Hopfung überzeugt. Probierenswert! (16.5.2019.)
