Cask, handpump, The Brandy Cask, Pershore, Worcestershire, Saturday 5th April 2014 Amber bitter with a white head, quite a reasonable bitterness I am guessing it is English hops. Good clarity, lightly fruity. Fine. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Cask, handpump, The Brandy Cask, Pershore, Worcestershire, Saturday 5th April 2014 Chocolatey in the mouth and quite malty but a very decent traditional bitter in spankingly good nick. Mid/dark brown with off-white filmy sticky head, a bitterness with a dstinctive chocolate edge. Really good. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Cask-conditioned at the Brandy Cask, Pershore, 27 May 2011. Copper coloured with a tight, white head. Powerful, floral and citrus hop aroma with some fruit and biscuity malts. Flavour had plenty more orange fruit, solid cereal malts and a hoppy, bitter finish. An excellent sub 4% ABV beer.

Cask-conditioned at the Brandy Cask, Pershore, 27 May 2011. Medium brown with a decent, off-white head. Sweetish aroma of chocolate, caramel and hedgerow fruit. Flavour had sweetish, cereal malts, a lot more fruit and a dryish finish. Very drinkable for the strength and enjoyable.

Cask-conditioned at the Brandy Cask, Pershore, 27 May 2011. Amber in colour with a slight, off-white head. Sweetish malyt and apricot aroma with a whiff of grassy hop. Solid maltg flavours with more fruit and a decent, bitter finish. Good, but the weaker Whistling Joe had a lot more character.
