Hazy dull pale. Aroma is like yeast with pepper. Thin head. Ok lots of pepper here, black pepper. Base beer is yeasty and not a good saison. I don’t find this to be effective beer.

Pale, cloudy. Lots of beech smoke. Very light body. Smoke and diacetyl…damn. These guys make a baller lichtenhainer so this hurts.

Hazy pale straw. Thin head. The aroma is smoky, with vague pale malts. Fatty, meaty character. The body is thin, however, with a light wheaty tartness. Nice smoky pale and wheat malt balance, with mild acidity. Good stuff.
