Light tan colour with a bubbly head. The aroma has some brett, which appears to be unintentional, as well as berries and apricots. Sweetish palate, with white sugars, then that brett comes into the finish. This lends dryness, but then at the end it gets a bit tart and acetic. So all of that character is unintentional, and takes it out of the intended style, but doesn’t necessarily make the beer any worse.
