Hazy dull copper with a bubbly head. The aroma is a touch fecal, touch butyric, with some lactic as well. On the palate, this has a lot of tartness, yet balanced with subtle sweetness. Cleaner on the palate than it is on the nose, but there’s still some pedio. The tartness is balanced and the carbonation is quite low, as per style. Some complexity. Foxy, a good effort. You could definitely blend gueuze with this.
