This beer is made with Victoria, Mapuche and South American Cascade hops. Has a cloudy light amber colour. The aroma has a slightly earthy hop. Has a fair bit of bitterness, light caramel, oxidized cascades (i’ve not known the Argentinian ones to be particularly bright). There’s a woody note, again probably a hop + toasty malt feature. Love the idea - expect more of these as SA hop growers improve.
