Sweet brown sugar. Unbalanced. While the sugars are strong they can’t cover up the wonkiness of the yeast. If it’s sweet dark sugars I want, Brahma malzbier is better.

On paper, this was the most promising of their lineup, the only one not underhopped. In the glass, it was the worst. Light brown. Nose of rancid butter. Taste is the same, but also thin and astringent. No redeeming qualities whatsoever.

Medium brown, has some toasty nose but also hints at some serious faults. Very thin, sour. Tough to drink, not to style.

Very cloudy, no head. Has a very sweet character, light banana. Kind of sticky and unbalanced. Not as many brewing faults, just a recipe fault.

Very candyish. Amber-brown colour, and with a light body. Basically a lot of vague, sweet fruit syrup dumped into a bad base beer.

At the brewery. Quite pale, smells and tastes like dirty yeast. A mess that you don’t really want anything to do with.
