Golden colour and flat. Not a lot of legs. The aroma is quite woody with rich floral and caramel notes from New Zealand honeys. Soft, caramelly, floral, lightly woody… a complex mead that celebrates its origins. Long, rich finish with ample honey character, wood and a touch of alcoholic heat.
