Bottle from Loco Liquor in Blairgowrie, Johannesburg
Hazy amber color, small head. Foul smell, some cabbage. Simple Ale taste, with light infection sourness, possibly fruity; low bitterness.

Dark amber but not much head. Big overripe fruit nose. Similar palate but with burnt electrical wire, too. Not particularly good.

Straw-amber and a little bit hazy. Aroma is phenolic, gluey-sweet and a little bit dirty. Taste is sweet, light phenols like bubble gum. Not flawed per se but not a great example.

Pale brown with slight haze. Plastic and petrol on the nose with light bubblegum. Sweet, burnt electrical wire, watery. No redeeming features.

Hazy dull straw. The aroma, sadly, is stacks of butter, totally vile. Taste is watery, buttery and really without redeeming qualifies. I’ve had zhigulyoskoye that is less nasty.
