Bottle at Maakun’s. Sweet and sickly herbal fruity brew with notes of berry lemonade, mirabelle and apple. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit sickly, sweet and weirdly uncomfortable.

Bottle shared at home. Hazy dark golden with big almost white head. Yeasty, marzipan, soft cherry, very flowery, wheat, red berries, nasty rotten herbs, apple, elderberry, milky. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied. A bit sickly weird sweet and nasty herbal. Not nearly as good as some other beers I've had from them.

Bottle at home. Clear light golden with white head. Plenty of wheat up front, they call it a "blanche" but it's more a straight up wheat ale in the base. You really get a lot of herbs, with meadow sweet, minty stuff, light flowers. Almost medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Actually quite OK for a herbal beer, I wouldn't want to drink lots of it, but this one bottle went down pretty fast.

Bottle shared at Sabis'. Hazy amber with beige head. Marzipan, banana, sweet malts, soft red berries, light funky, caramel, sweet yeast, soft cloves, allspice. Medium sweet and bitter, light sour. Solid medium bodied with a bit creamy feel. Bit weird, like a weird take on a dunkelweizen.

Murky orange with a thin, creamy head and visible floaters. The floaters seem to be a thing with Alsace beer—it seems like every second one I drink is full of them. Still well before the expiration date on this one—unfiltered beer seems to be the going thing. Mild candied apple aroma, Belgian yeast, dusty grain bin. The taste is modestly sweet with noticeable spice, mostly clove. Medium body with a whisp of alcohol warmth at the end. Pleasant enough.
