Thanks Vincent for this bottle. Trying and enjoying it, on wednesday, at Bonfol, enjoying a free moment. For me, it was a right and fair ipa, well balanced, dry malt, floral note of pine tree, bitter, citrus, easy to drink, 19.05.23

Bottle at home. Bit hazy amber, small off white head. Caramel, bread, quite herbal, alcohol, raisins, bitter green leaves, minty, eucalyptus. Over medium sweet and bitter, very light sour. Medium bodied, boozy finish. Not great.

Bottle from Intermarché. Dark golden with a lot of yeast floating around. Sweet malts, earthy smoke, ash, plums, sour fruits, yeasty. Medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Solid medium bodied. There's some smoke but not tooich, it's also very fruity and weirdly sour. A bit of a mess but not horrible.

Bottle from Intermarché. Hazy yellow. Brett, wheat, soft weedy hops, banana, light herbs, soft metallic finish. Medium sweet, less bitter. Light bodied. More like a wild ale, I like it but it's really not a Weizen.

Fles 33cl thuis. Klein zuurtje, licht brett, hout, fruitig, wat droog, ver weg wat banaan, wheaty, lemon peel. A-typische Weizen. (22-9-2024).

Bottle shared. Hazy golden. Ginger, coriander, sweet malts, sweet floral notes, elderflower, stevia. Sickly sweet, not really bitter or sour. Over light bodied. Not my thing.

Bottle. Dark golden. Caramel malts, quite some bitter grassy hops with soft endive and citrus zest. Medium sweet, more bitter. Over medium bodied. I quite like this!
