The idea of having our own brewery has been in our heads since we launched our first beer, The Black Pot, but we really started thinking about it in the beginning of 2018.
Living in a small town near the Ceahlau mountain means fresh air, great views, many things to do (especially in summer) but there is not much social life. So, this was our first question: build a brewery in the area through which we make the decision to stay here or move to a big city where you have many more opportunities, give up on this idea / dream and continue life? You already know the answer… 😊
20/1/2024. Bottle shared at CLBF/IKL. From Blackout Brewing. Pours very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malt, plum, raspberry. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation.
At Borefts 2023. Black beer thin tan head. Big coconut aroma Big dark chocolate flavour. It's git some rum flavour too. Rum chocolate coconut. But if heat. Fine. A little spirity
