Tap. Yellow, hazy, slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: cucumbers, slightly salted, light sourness, a little dill. Strange taste, pickle brine from pickled cucumbers, a little dill, for an amateur.

Made with champagne yeast as I’m told here at bibliotheka Vilnius. Gives it a fruity dry wine-like flavour. But it is clean and quite tasty, unique and drinkable.
