Can shared at Zozo's. Pours hazy yellowish golden with a white head. It's a straightforwartd, no-nonsense NEIPA, with a clean, tropical fruity, candy-like sweetness both in aroma and taste with just a hint of bitterness to it. I usually find it hard to analyze these beers as they might not be overcomplicated, but they don't need to be. This one's no exception either, simple but great and very much to my liking.

Can shared at MONYO. Jet black pour, beige head. Nose is citric, somewhat grassy and resinous hops with coffee and light dark chocolate and a touch of smoke. Taste is low to medium bitterness, faint boozy sweetness, citric and piny hops. Closes with a moderately bitter, hoppy-coffeeish finish, has a huge, somewhat oily body and low to medium carbonation. Very much to my liking, good one.

Can at Undos'. Pours pale yellow with a nice frothy head. Nose is light notes of grains, some citrus and grass. Taste is mildly sweet, bith a faint bitterness, showing grass and hay. Closes with a round, bittersweet finish, has a light, crisp body and average to high carbonation. It does what it says on the can. Light and refreshing.

Tap at KEG. Semi clear golden pour with a white head. Nose is pale malts, light grass and peppers. Taste is slightly sweet, bready, barely bitter upfront and then the spice hits in the finish. It’s not over the top and complements the base beer nicely. Interesting and actually tasty, it could’ve been a bit more crisp tho.

Tap at KEG. Zavaros aranyszinu, feher habbal. Klasszik NEIPA illatra es izre is, gyumolcsos, cukorkas, kisse citrusos. Izeben a korty vege fele tulzo lesz az edesseg, meg egy deci is szinte sok belole.

Can at home, koszi Panni! Szep munka.

Can at home, courtesy of my Fam. Pours black with a beige head. Nose is big chocolate, light booze, some coffee, blueberry and maple. Taste is sweet upfront, it's boozy, malty, chocolatey, somewhat roasty too but quite vaguely. Then the finish is slightly acidic from the fruit with a sugary-smoky hint from the maple. Big, creamy bodied with soft carbonation. Well made, delivers exactly what it promises.

Can shared at Dolce. Murky yellow colour pour with a white head. Nose is candied citruses, tropical fruits, some tutti frutti. Taste is sweet hops, citric, candy-like, fruity. A tad too light bodied and closes with an abrupft finish too. Otherwise pretty creamy and soft. Nice, but have had better NEIPAs from these guys.

Can shared with Undos and Gábor Gabor. Pitch black pour with a tan head. Nose is sesame, peanut butter, dark sugars, caramel, and lots of almond. Taste, just like the aroma, is also heavily dominated by the sesame which is quite surprising but it works unexpectedly well. Apart from this there’s lots of chocolate, caramel, molassess, booze, peanut butter and even more almond/marzipan. In fact it has too much of this latter which is a shame cause I’m not particularly fond of marzipan. The finish is long lasting, sweet and warming, the body is huge, thick and somewhat creamy. Decent.

Bottle from BS. Pours opaque golden with no head. Nose is funk, graes, orange zest, leather. Taste is somewhat acidic, highly funky, leathery, estery. The grapes are subdued in taste. Closes with a dry, funky finish, it’s got a light body and soft carbonation. Tasty, but it promises more than it delivers.
