This DIPA poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include hay, biscuit, bread and earth. First swig was a little sweet and very smooth and creamy with flavours of caramel, nuts, honey and malt. Finish is a little hoppy with nice malty mouthfeel that lingers.

This a.e poured a hazy, medium yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include biscuit, malt, a little pear and very light perm solution. First swig was smooth and delicious with flavours of corn, hay and a little honey. Finish is minimally sweet with malt flavours and a little hop bitterness lingering.

This bock poured an orange colour with a creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, caramel malt and light spice. First swig was smooth and malty with flavours of spice and malt. Finish is medium sweet with spice and malty goodness lingering.

This wit poured a deep pink colour with a pinkish, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include fruit, candy, a light perm solution and a little hay. First swig was not bad at all. Mildly carbonated with flavours of fruit, wine, club soda and a little malt. Finish is slightly sweet with shandy flavours lingering.

This porter poured a deep dark amber colour with a creamy, light tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents caramel, a ring of coffee, smoke/peat, leather and a little plastic. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of peat, caramel and finishes a little earthy. A little hop bitterness and malt lingering at the end.
