This pils poured a clear, light yellow colour with a minimal white, quickly dissipating head. Minimal lacing. Scents include corn, sweet malt, straw, honey and a little dough. First swig was smooth with minimal carbonation. Flavours of corn, malt, dough and corn syrup. Finish is all malt and corn with a little hoppy bitterness flavours lingering.

This IPA poured a hazy medium yellow colour with a foamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include grassy hops, cooked veggies, hay and a little honey. First swig was decent. Flavours of resin and pine with medium sweet malt flavour. Finish is green and hoppy with an almost celery flavour lingering.

This one poured a medium amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing when rattled. Scents include sweet malt, caramel, honey, spice and brown sugar. First swig had bey low carbonation. Flavours of malt, caramel, spice and must. Finish is sweet with a lot of malt flavours lingering.

This lager poured a light yellow colour with almost no head. Sloshing it around gave me a bit of a fizzy, bright white one. A little lacing. Scents include club soda, little cooked veggies, and very light malt. First swig was quite smooth with minimal carbonation. Flavours of malt, corn, pepper and hops. Finish is corn and malt with a little honey lingering? Alot better than a Corona!

This cream ale poured a light yellow colour with a minimal, foamy white head. No lacing. Scents include corn, straw, dough, honey and a wee bit of cardboard. First swig was ok, typical white bread with nice malt flavour and corny flavours lingering.

This WCPA poured a beauty deep yellow colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus, pine, caramel and a wee bit of cooked veggies. First swig was quite hoppy but not over the top. Flavours of pine, grass and grapefruit… with a little applesauce? Finish is quite bitter with hop bite flavours lingering.

This bitter poured a beautiful amber colour with a creamy off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include honey, malt and gravy? First swig was nice and smooth, with flavours of malt, tea, dark brown sugar and light toast. Thinner on the palate but great tasting none the less. Finish is malt with very light malt flavour lingering.

This cream ale poured a clear, very light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include corn, straw and biscuit. First swig was watery, but nice tasting. Flavours of corn, honey and a light pineapple. Finish is mildly bitter with nice smooth finish. Nothing to write home about.

This porter poured a deep dark black colour with a creamy tan coloured head. Medium lacing. Scents include roasted malts, burnt toast and sweet smoke. First swig was a little thin, all good flavours, just need to step them up a bit. Flavours of coffee, medium toast and molasses. Finish is lightly bitter with smokey malts lingering.

This lager poured a deeper yellow colour with a creamy bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include dough, honey, grains and a little corn. First swig was a little watery. Flavours of corn, honey and a little cereal. Finish is honey and corn, very smooth. Delicious!
