This cream ale poured a hazy, ginger Ale colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, must, malt extract and a little dough. First swig was smooth and very creamy with flavours of malt, light hops and toast. Finish is malty and thick. Very good!

This grisette poured a hazy, medium amber colour with a creamy, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, spice, honey and a little vanilla. First swig was quite nice with flavours of spice, ripe fruit, honey and hops. Initial swig finished quite hoppy bitter with that spicy ripe fruit lingering.

This porter poured a cloudy, medium brown colour with a creamy, light tan head. Minimal lacing. Scents include, roasted malt, caramel, nuts and a little must. First swig was a little thin with flavours of caramel, light coffee, nuts and a tiny bit of cocoa. Finish is lightly smokey with caramel flavours lingering. Best beer they’ve got. And, better than from their tap.

This brown poured a deep, cloudy amber colour with a soapy, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include malt, honey, caramel and molasses. First swig was quite weak. Flavours of malt extract, caramel, gauze and dough. Finish is slightly sweet with caramel flavours lingering forever. Never tasted a beer with more pure caramel flavours.

This IPA poured a clear, medium amber colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include pineapple, apples, caramel and a little grass. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of citrus hops, passion fruit and hay. Finish is bitter with hop bitterness lingering.

This saison poured a golden amber colour with a fizzy, off white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include cooked veggies, lemon and straw. First swig was smooth with a little thin mouthfeel wise. Tastes of cloves, pepper and ripe fruit. Finish is cloves with a slight sweeter aftertaste.

This wheat poured a deep reddish colour with a fizzy, bright white head. Scents of Raspberry jam and ripe fruit. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of raspberries and a light hop bitterness that lingers.
