This pils poured a clear,medium yellow colour with a bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, grain and a little must. First swig was a little sweet and not too bad. Flavours of hops, honey, biscuit and corn. Finish was bitter with hop and honey flavours lingering.

This lime mess poured a crystal clear, light yellow colour with a minimal, bright white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include corn, honey, dough and club soda. First swig was thin, but not too bad. Flavours of coconut? corn, honey and grain. Finish is oddly coconut. Finish isn’t much, a little honey…

This lager poured a slightly hazy, light yellow colour with a fizzy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, a little citrus and malt. First swig was hopped more than expected. Flavours of corn, honey and hops. Finish is med hoppy with corn flavours lingering. Pretty flavourful for a light beer.

This Helles poured a clear yellow colour with a minimal, white head. Little lacing. Scents include corn, biscuit, dough and soda water. First swig was ok. More hoppy than expected. Flavours of corn, white bread and a little honey and hops. Finish is medium bitter with those corn flavours lingering.

This ale poured a deep amber colour with a off white, creamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include floral hops, sweet malts, nutmeg and earth. First swig was quite sweet and syrupy with flavours of spice, banana and caramel just to man me a few. Finish is thick and sweet with flavours of banana bread lingering.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include molasses, caramel, smoke and minimal paint/nail polish remover. First swig was smooth, sweet and strong. Flavours of coffee, brandy, molasses and smoke/ burnt toast. Finish is sweet with creamy, thick malts and a little smoke. Is this this a Imperial? Tastes like it...

This hefe poured a cloudy, medium yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include bubblegum, ripe bananas and flowers. First swig was a little sweet and mildly carbonated with flavours of bananas, clove and flowers. Finish is quite like banana cream pie filling with minimal hoppy bitterness.

This IPA poured a cloudy, deep yellow colour with a bright white, creamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include pineapple, grass and lemon citrus. First swig was very smooth and creamy with flavours of citrus hops, a little honey and lightly sweet malt. Finish is quite hoppy with a bitterness that lingers forever.

For the life of me I’ve never understood why a Micro would brew a light beer. This one poured a clear, light yellow colour with a frothy, white head. Scents include corn, malt and soda water. Minimal lacing. First swig was very watery, light flavours of corn and malt. Finish has very light malt flavour.

This pale poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Medium lacing. Scents include tea, citrus, caramel and a wee bit of varnish. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of tea, caramel and citrus hops. Finish is malty with nice hop bitterness lingering.
