Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
This ipa poured a hazy, deep orange colour with a huge, creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include cooked veggies, grass, citrus being orange and lemon and a little pineapple to boot. First swig was nice and juicy but not too bitter to make it undrinkable like some other IPAs. Flavours of citrus, tea and grassy hops. Finish is citrus bitter with some cooked veggies lingering.

This white stout poured a deep golden amber with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, coffee and earth. First swig was very creamy. Not like a usual stout, not much coffee flavours either. Tastes of ripe fruit, nuts and a little burnt flavour. Finish is really creamy with light burnt malty flavours and a minimal coffee flavour.

This ale poured a hazy golden colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, malt and bread. First swig was delicious. Smooth and creamy with flavours of corn, light caramel and light toast.

This red ale poured a deep red colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel malts and biscuits. First swig was nice and malty. Big bold caramel flavours with hints of hops lingering with a minimal hop bitterness.

This blonde poured a deep orange colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include honey, malt and dough. First swig was very nice with flavours of caramel, honey and floral hops? Finish is extra malty with light bitterness that lingers.

This imp stout poured a deep black colour with a chocolatey brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include molasses, whiskey, a little smoke and a little coffee. First swig was a punch in the mouth with flavour. Tastes of burnt bourbon, ripe fruit and smoke. Finish is ashy and slightly sweet.

This porter poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown head. Medium lacing. Scents include tobacco, smoke, licorice and orange peels. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of smoke, orange rind and roasted malt. Finish is smokey with light rind flavours lingering.
