This Saison poured medium yellow colour with a creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include bubblegum, ripe fruit and a hint of wieners. First swig was a little thin with flavours of bubblegum, spice and a little yeast. Finish is lightly hoppy with that spice lingering... I wish I could place it....

This IPA poured a cloudy, dark yellow colour with a soapy, bright white head. Lacing is pretty good. First swig was watery but yet hoppy. Odd. Great flavours of orange , pineapple citrus hops and a little honey flavour. Finish is flowery with a little bitterness lingering.
