Draft (taster) at the brewery, 11/24/20. Clear golden-orange, white head, fairly strong lace. Grass, dough, some herbal notes, and grains / spice. That bit of a green apple thing seems to show up in a lot of their beers. Decent as well. 7/3/6/3/12

Draft (taster) at the brewery, 11/24/20. Clear golden, slightly pink hue, white head on top. Pale malts, grains, a bit of lemon. Eh. 6/3/5/3/11

Draft at the brewery, 4/1/22. Hadn't been here since about a month after they opened, and the improvement on the flagship pils is both noticeable and commendable. Much more of a grass, hay, sweet malt, dough, and mild spice thing now. Drinks better too. The off flavors faded to the back. Happy to see the beers are better, because the people here are great. 7/3/7/4/14 Draft (taster) at the brewery, 11/24/20. Clear gold, white head. Grass, hay, a little green apple. Decent. 6/3/5/3/12
