Last pour at Dangerous minds. Mom is done. Short pours only. Always suspicious of the fill line on these small things. Clear, deep gold, still pour. Floral honey cider nose. Taste is a glorious mix of mellow sake yeast & golden delicious apples. Wine-y, sharp, very acidic, still semi-sweet, lingering lettuce-y bitterness. No burn. Juicy with a touch of slickness. Krunk juice. Loved it.

On tap @Dangerous Minds. Mom is so hangry. Short pour. Clear, dusty gold. Acidic, floral honey, lemon nose. Slick, on the lighter side of semi-sweet, floral, earthy, some citrus acidity. No obvious wax. More honey wine than beer. Mom liked this one. Good.

On tap @Dangerous Minds with my tired & hangry mom. Short pour. Had this next to the coffee version that seemed off. Brown on cola black pour. Heavy tan head. Minerally, toast, saline, char. Savory, mild bitter roast, mild coffee, sharp bitterness, red velvet, very very mild toasted coconut. Velvety feel, dense, low co2, warming. Pretty good.

Dangerous Minds taproom with mom. Short pour. Dark, not quite black with brown highlights, tan head. Odd green chili & mellow coffee nose. Taste is also green chili with very mellow coffee, vanilla & saline. Silky feel, moderate carb, not too boozy. Something's off.

On tap at the brewery with mom. Short pour x2. What is a south Florida style blonde ale? Well, this one was pale, mostly clear & unassuming. Slight toastiness on the nose, but honestly it just smelled like a toasty beer. Taste was faintly tart with a dusting of coconut if you really really look for it. Soursop wasn't there sadly. Mellow & bittersweet. Very generic blonde ale. Bit of a disappointment.

Another pour, forcing my mom to enjoy the ambiance at Dangerous Minds. Short measuring cup pour. Hazy, honey orange, dirty lace. Really good & blunt orange & grapefruit nose. Dry hop, minimal pine bitterness, lingering orange pith. Low perceived abv. Mom still found it bitter. Very sloshable. Tasty.

Goblet @Dangerous Minds with mom. Clear dark cola pour. Oatmeal head. Smell is mostly lime cola. Interesting. Tasty cherry lime & cola, minor phenols, but more kick in as it settles. Watered down Vodka burn. Slick & lightweight. Tasty bastardized quad.

Goblet @Dangerous Minds. Mom ordered this after taking like seven samples of other brews. This is where I get it from. I think she ended up not liking it much. Kind of messed up that they don't offer a clean, un-syruped version. Never had it at a place that pre-mixed it before. Pours an odd sea green on amber. Where the ocean meets the sea sort of color. Smell is a fruitier version of cotton candy, green apple & melted candy corn. Taste is sour melon, cotton candy, lime, melted green Skittles over a week wheat base. Very soda-ish. Bleh.

On tap at the brewery with mom. Short pour. Clear, dark honey gold pour. Smells stronger than it tastes. Pluming, very obvious, natural chamomile; inviting. Soft, herbal, slight apple, lemon, wheat, nicely acidic. Frothy, low perceived abv, thin. Easy. Well done.

On tap at the brewery. Short pour. Clear, classy, MGD. Softly sour apple, green, maybe some misc. berry on the nose. Taste is lightweight, watery apple, watermelon juice, orange. Mellow flavor but the sour creeps in at the end. Some pith some wheat. Boring but okay.
