We spend our waking hours taking a second look at what defines a traditional style, and from there, we give the recipe boundaries a bit of a nudge. Yeah sure it might not please the Purity Police, and for that, trophies for “correctness” may elude us.
Keep this to yourselves… but actually, we’re good with that.

Can. Reddish amber with a large off white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, some cooked berries, lots of sticky breadcrust. Layers of caramel, berries, tropical fruit and bread but not that sweet and with nicely judged resinous bitterness to tauten things at the end. Good.

The flavour is grainy, tropical citrus, juicy mango, pineapple light warm alcohol, dank, dry hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average carbonation. Well hidden alcohol.

Poured a murky light reddish pink colour with a massive, lasting, frothy off-white head. The aroma is strawberry milkshake. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a smooth, rich, banana, tart strawberry, vanilla, yoghurt palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can. Clear gold, modest white head. Passionfruit, gooseberry and cracker aroma. Sweet with lots of passionfruit, some peach, honeyed crackers. Gooseberry and some grass add a need edge towards a moderately bitter finish. Strong for what it offers.

Can. Clear pale gold with a modest white head. Aroma of mandarin, pineapple, lychee, some mango, crackers. Really quite sweet with lots of fruit before a bitter finish that struggles to cut through a little.
