Description
At DVB we simply aspire to be your very own ‘Home Brewery’ by creating the kind of damn fine beer that delivers mouth parties at your place.
We spend our waking hours taking a second look at what defines a traditional style, and from there, we give the recipe boundaries a bit of a nudge. Yeah sure it might not please the Purity Police, and for that, trophies for “correctness” may elude us.
Keep this to yourselves… but actually, we’re good with that.
Remember that Beer is about Friends, Family and Fun.

Canned at Black Dog Bar, Te Anau. Clear golden with small white head. Sourish, citrus, this seems infected.

330ml can. Pours a clear pale gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Fruity aroma of grainy pale malt, lemon, pineapple and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of crackery pale malt, tangerine, mango, pineapple, passionfruit and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. A clean, refreshing, crushable and tasty lager.

Slightly hazy, pale yellow pour with a small white head. Aromas of pine, tropical fruit and malt. Taste is quite similar. Very nice, given the ABV
