Description
At DVB we simply aspire to be your very own ‘Home Brewery’ by creating the kind of damn fine beer that delivers mouth parties at your place.

We spend our waking hours taking a second look at what defines a traditional style, and from there, we give the recipe boundaries a bit of a nudge. Yeah sure it might not please the Purity Police, and for that, trophies for “correctness” may elude us.

Keep this to yourselves… but actually, we’re good with that.

Remember that Beer is about Friends, Family and Fun.

Lots of oaty mouthfeel and creamy lactose, cacao and vanilla. Some coffee, although more on the nose than the palate

330ml can from Farmers Bar, Subang Jaya, Malaysia. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast and malt. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, yeasty, herbal, dry light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Plasticky watermelon notes, not really balancing with the clean kolsch for me. Overpowering

Solid WC lager, haven’t found anyone outside the US doing these as well yet, but this is a solid citra mosaic bill with clean bitterness and a refreshing bite

Can. Clear amber w a good cm of white head. Aroma of breadcrust, kumquat, grapefruit, some pine. Perhaps some berries in the taste. Lighter malt than suggested by the aroma, but enough for a platform. Bitterness is moderate in the modern way. Pretty good.
