21/6/2025. Draft at Saint Patrick 133, Barletta. Pours almost clear golden with a large foamy white head. Aroma is citric, orange, passion fruit, tropical fruits. Taste is moderately tart and quite bitter with light sweetness. Moderate body, quite lively. Nice aroma, taste is a little less appealing.

On tap at Il Santo Bevitore, pours a red-tinged dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma has that tartness to an Irish stout, with toasted malt and sourdough bread crusts. Flavour is much the same: very flimsy toasted malt, sourdough, and some earthiness. Weak Irish-style stout.

Il naso viene catturato dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è marrone chiaro. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano indizi di caramello, miele, biscotto, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo e arancia.
