Bottle, small stable off white bubbly head, very cloudy dark copper to brown color, caramel fruity aroma with some hay and something metalic, caramel aroma with a strange maltiness. Harsh and heavy, difficult to drink, bad.

Draught, smallish creamy head, very cloudy dark orange color, uncertain slighrly medicinal aroma, maybe that is chickpea, flavor, same medicinal note and quite harsh, very unpleasant sensation left in youe mouth. Not sure what to make if this, but it isn’t really drinkable.

Bottle sample at Beers 2014 expo. Muddy light brown. Yeasty aroma, soapy, a bit plasticky, with a bit of chickpeas and some floral and fruity notes. Flavor has light sweetness, graininess, yeast, some floral and citric hops and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied, slightly watery. Kinda messy, but pretty easy-drinking.

Bottle. Muddy reddish light brown with a tiny off-white head. Aroma of a bit of caramel and grainy malt, floral hops and light soapy notes. Flavor has light sweetness, a bit grainy and caramelly, light sourness and a bitterish-sourish finish with a bit of floral and slightly citric hops. Medium-bodied. Kinda messy, but alright for a gluten-free beer. Interesting.

Bottle during the beer launch event at Beer Market. Cloudy dark reddish amber with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of floral and citric hops, caramel and some honey-ish notes. Somewhat grainy husky flavor, a bit sweet, with bread, caramel and a bit of honey hints, finishes bitter and hoppy with some grapefruit and piney notes. Medium-bodied. A decent gluten-free APA, the best gluten-free beer I’ve tried so far.
