Description
You’re probably here for the stouts, that’s what we are most known for. There’s no line we won’t cross in that area, and we appreciate the love we receive for our interpretations of that style. With beer, you’re always learning, experimenting, and tweaking something. We consider our beers forward thinking, and we don’t always brew to style. Somehow we won a gold medal for our pilsner though, so we can follow the rules if we want to.
We don’t intend on being a one-note brewery and are constantly pushing ourselves to do more. At any given time our tap list will feature a variety of styles, stouts, and IPAs being more common, but we make a lot of sours and porters as well. We don’t serve flights but do have 5oz. pours. Our staff is very knowledgeable and can help you find the perfect beer for your taste.

Draught @ All In Beer Fest. Pours hazy pale golden with a small frothy white head that leaves some spotty trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit juice, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals, lemon grass and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, grassy and fruity. Mouthfeel is is dry, astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, unripe mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Really solid grassy WIPA. --- Beer merged from original tick of Silver Alert on 09 Nov 2015 at 11:44 - Score: 8

Draught @ All In Beer Fest. Pours pretty much black with a small mocha head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and roasty with roasted malts, dark bread, burnt caramel, dark roast coffee, dark chocolate, moist soil and chocolate syrup. Taste is sweet, bitter, malty and roasty. Mouthfeel is round, tiny syrupy, slightly roasted astringent, tiny cloying sweet and medium to full bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with roasted malts, burnt caramel, toffee, dark roast coffee, chocolate syrup and moist soil. Very good beer but a bit too sweet...

Lovely tasty hop juice!
Hazed golden color with a white head. Looks quite inviting. Ok lacing. Citric, fruity and malty aroma with a fine intensity. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Citric hoppy, malty and mild tropical fruity flavor!
