Medium brown, not the right colour for a stout. Very thin head. Aroma has bubblgum, and on the palate this is harsh as fuck, headsy, no real stout, lacks depth, sugars, really this is a mess on all fronts.

Taster at the brewpub. Cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted, bourbon, chocolate, caramel, pralines. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, moderately bitter, warming, pralines, coffee, chocolate, caramel, spicy, herbal, pine nuts. Medium bodied. Great stout!

Taster at the brewpub. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- dill and other vegetable leaves, citrusy, lots of dill. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, dill, citrusy, vanilla, herbal. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Taster at the brewpub. Cloudy, dark amber colored. AROMA- honey, a bit toasted, heath, herbs and berries, touch of caramel. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, toasted, caramel, herbal, earthy, honey, bubble gum. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Taster at the brewpub. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- malty and honey sweet, touch of vanilla. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly bitter, malty, honey, citrusy, a bit herbal. Medium bodied. It doesn't exactly fit in the style, but it's tasty.

Poured up at AZ Strong Beer Fest 2017, listed as Extra Pale Ale at 7.5%, where it exhibits a hazy murky gold body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up a little bit of pale malts mixed with grassy hops that create a modest sort of banana like sensation. The taste delivers similar notes such as sweet malts and grassy to slightly spicy hops. Those flavors seem to pair up with a little sweet pear ester note and they all blend to create a bit of a banana like sensation. Interesting Pale interpretation. After a few more ounces a sliver of biscuit like malts are noticed underneath the other aspects of the flavor.
