The apples from the orchards are harvested by hand and then processed on site to give tasty apple juice, typical ciders, a unique aperitif, a powerful brandy and an authentic vinegar: all labeled AB.
Today, you can find our drinks on the farm but also in some cellars favoring drinks without inputs.

750ml wired cork bottle from Cork & Cask. Loud pop on opening, the cork shot straight off! Orangey gold colour, big foamy off-white head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, funk, caramel. Taste is sweetish, mellow, fruity apple, tangy, woody, some caramel, and funky with soft tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium-dry finish. Very drinkable, nicely balanced.

Sweet and tart apple, light apple peel, leather, earthy funk, soft peach, tannins, green leaves, mos. almost medium sweet, lighter bitter and light tart. Medium bodied with quite dry finish. Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is mineraly, fresh apples, barn, juice, a bit lemony. Taste is horseblanket, leathery, very refreshing apple juiciness, then the tannins take over. Very mineraly, almost chalky finish, lively carbonation.

Bottle, thank you Davido. Nice juicy look, orange, relatively flat. Nose is funky, farmhouse, light bitter edge. Beautiful apple character. Tastes dry, farmhouse but apples still shine. Good Christmas spice thing there almost, amazingly tasty.
