Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a somewhat hazy copper body that has thin golden hued edges and supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up pine, woodiness, hints of grapefruit and floral hoppiness. The taste delivers old school pine, woody, floral hops and a slight grapefruit bitter tang. This is straight up bitter hop forward with thin ribbons of juicy fruitiness. Nice.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a gold colored body that is just short of crystal clear and supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up estery fruitiness and some bread notes. The taste delivers sweet fruity esters screaming at this beers lack of clean fermentation. It picks up thin sweet bread and faint lemon like hops. Misses the mark for a Kolsch. Drinks ok though.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a somewhat hazy deep gold body that supports an off white head of foam. The aroma offers up largely clove like spices and thin banana. The taste delivers a nice blend of clove, banana and then a welcome yet thin like cracker maltiness. It's kind of sweet and soft and grounded with the cracker note. Solid.
