A big head of foam off the pour on this. There are hints of a strong beer in the making here, but it needs a little work - about another 100 years if it means to catch up with trappist tradition... Nonetheless a good effort, notes of bitter and florals, a touch too sour.

Foamy head that dies down pretty quickly. Aroma has some body. A general coffee like taste of this with a sourish aftertaste. Not unpleasant but not overly interesting either. Unfiltered.

a really good beer. has a real belgian taste to it, unfiltered. citrusy, a bit sour. my first beer in chile in the hot sun and its a great start.
