(Can) Pours clear straw with big loose white head. Pleasant aroma - citrus with notes of pine, pepper and funk. Light body with bright carbonation. Citrusy start, with peppery notes developing and leading to a modest bitterness. Pleasant easy drinking but a little tame.

Glass on tap at GABS, Sydney. Cloudy amber beer with a thin white head. Light fruit nose. More subtle than you think, but it all comes together. Nice smoky quaffer.

Taster on tap at brewery (Jan 18). Hints of hops and smoky malt on the nose.Ruby red/mahogany colour with a thin creamy white head. Good lacing. Lightly bitter with a fruity, smoky finish. Light body. Nice! A fruity, malty dark lager!

Taster at brewery (Jan 18). Ruby red beer with a thin white head. A few bubbles ascend. Smells of smoky malt and dark fruit. Really, really tastes like fruit mince pies! Seems a bit thin for 6.5% but great fun.

On tap at brewery. Black beer with thin film on top. Smells of cocoa and coffee. Viscous and slightly spritzy. Sweet taste and finish with hints of liquorice. Quite light body for its ABV.

Taster on tap at brewery. Grainy nose. Golden amber beer with thin white head. A few bubbles lazily ascend. Quietly bitter at first leading to increasing levels of grassy vegetal dankness. A sipper not a quaffer. Some alcohol noticeable late on. A bit unbalanced.

Taster at brewery. Slightly hazy amber beer with a light aroma of passionfruit. Some lacing. There's a light combination of hops and malt in the taste. A little metallic in the finish. Lightweight for sure but ridiculously easy to drink.

Taster on tap at Brewery. Cloudy amber beer with thin white head. Light aroma of malt and spice. Laces well. Smooth texture. Sweet finish with a touch of vegetal bitterness. Nice authentic Wit. Super easy-drinking.

Schooner on tap at Surveyor General, Berrima. Clear golden beer with foamy white head. High carbonation, grainy nose. Smooth texture, slightly bitter. Finish has notes of honey, malt, and oats. Nice, easy-drinking ale. Like a sweeter Pils.
