On tap at the brewery, and from a can at home from the brewery. Pale yellow pour, very light, with a medium white head. Aroma is incredibly grassy, but has a solid dose of citrus also. Lemon oil, light lime zest. Mouth feel is light, carb is spot on. Finsih is bright, and clean, incredibly refreshing. Outstanding summer beer, or daily drinker.

on tap at the brewery. Named after the now closed Aunt May's bakery. No surprise this is extremely bready. loads of grains, and cereals, with the slightest bit of grass hop. Its like drinking a piece of fresh bread. Breakfast in a glass. Subtle sweetness, low bitterness. Great everyday beer.

On tap at the brewery. A new style i had never heard of. Warm fermented lager, using weizen yeast. Dark red pour, with a large off white beige head. Big aroma of cloves, and banana, with some nice soft fruit, and chewy cereals. light brown suagr, and caramel. silky mouth feel, soft carb. Fruity finish with more banana bread, and semi sweet cloves. Low bitterness, clean finish, very pleasant, and easy drinking.

On tap at the source. Pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma is a lovely, soft, chewy medium roast coffee, with some semi sweet malts and hints of brown sugar. Mouth feel is spot on, carb is good. Finish is a great blend of caramel cereals, bright coffee lightly acidic, low bitterness, nice roast. Well done.

Tap at the source. Hazy orange pour, with a stick, lacy white head. Aroma is a burst of tropical fruit. A soft sweetness, light flowery citrus zest, mango, and stone fruit. Mouthfeel is spot on, same for the carb. Finish is medium bitter, lovely throat grabbing pithiness, lots of citrus zest to round it out. Another great IPA.

Tap at the source. Jet black pour, with a small beige head. Aroma is big malts, light grassy hops. Silky mouth feel, soft carb. Finish has huge roasty notes, semi sweet cocoa, and some light caramel. This is extremely reminiscent of old school st ambrose oatmeal stout. Extremely flavourful stout, a great session beer. Can this!!

Tap at the source. Clear copper pour with a medium off white head. Aroma is loaded with resinous pine notes and some great caramel malts. Mouth feel is nice, carb is soft. Finish has a soft stone fruit and fantastic pine notes. This reminds me alot of what mill street tank house used to taste like in its infancy when it used to be the best craft beer around. Nice stuff!

Tap at the source. Clear copper pour with a small off white head. Aroma is quite distinct, I'm getting a strong goldimgs aroma up front, very green and slightly dank, with a nice bready cereal note. Mouth feel and carb as usual are spot on. The finish is grassy, with copious piney, resinous notes, and some nutty, toffee notes. Quite nice.

On tap at the source. Clear copper pour, with a small white head. Aroma is soft, and light. Caramel, and lightly roasted cereals. Not over the top like some molds, it's soft and fragrant, with some grassy hop notes. Mouth feel and carb are spot on. Low bitterness, slightly nutty, light caramel finish. Very crushable, can this!
