Hazy pale blond colour with strong carbonation. Aroma and flavour have some funk and fresh hops. In the direction of Orval but lighter and fresher.

500ml bottle. Clear, reddish, amber colour with small, frothy, fading, off-white head. Fruity, yeasty, slightly funky aroma, notes of fermenting fruit, peach, overripe peach. Taste is dry, sour, slightly lactic, minimally fruity, yeasty funky, hints of peach, a touch of morello and sauerkraut, sour milk. Rather monotonous.
True to name, watermelon and basil sour! Light and watermelony with a basil back.

Bottle shared by PierL @Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Pours. A nice amber-orange color with a medium-low off-white foam. Nose: it mirrors a bourbon right away at the first sniff, vanilla, red wine. Pretty peculiar and interesting. Mouth stays a bit too citric, astringent and lemony imo. Tasty all-in-all, with a huge gap between the nose and the mouthfeel.

Bottle shared by Pierluigi @Luppolo Station (Rome). Thank you my friend! Ambrata, velata, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note di frutta rossa, leggero vinoso, legno. In bocca è acida decisa, vinosa, citrica, astringente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non il massimo della finezza.
