Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media, con qualche bollicina grande Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione vivace e persistente. Il colore è rosato carico. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è moderato e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di panettone, agrumi, spezie, mirtillo e sour.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca e agrumi.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e arancia.

Bière 75 cl trouvée chez 21 paysans à Nice. Robe plutôt agréable, nez correct mais moins intéressant que sur la Hoppy pale ale. Bouche houblonnée, céréales, un peu trop légère.

Bière 75 cl achetée chez 21 paysans à Nice. Robe dorée trouble. Nez exotique et doux. Bouche douce et fruitée, elle passe presque comme un jus de fruit. Très accessible et sympa!

Bière 33 cl trouvée chez Allez hops a nice. Renommée craftazur mais cela semble être la même. Nez plutôt houblonné, attirant. Bouche bien amère, parfumée, réussie.

330ml bottle [courtesy of Claudius - thank you very much!]. Cloudy, copper-ish, ruby colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow, malty, minimally nutty, and citrusy, slightly piney, hoppy aroma, notes of blood orange, grapefruit, some orange, lemon, a touch of peanut. Taste is bitter, citrusy, slightly piney and minimally grassy hoppy, mellow caramel malty basis with with a nutty touch, notes of grapefruit, blood orange, some mandarine and orange, a touch of peanut. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation. Crisp bitterness, good balance - very nice!
