Description

Bottle at the brewery that's not a bar but still served us a cold beer. Hazy greenish yellow with huge head that doesn't last long. Soft lactic acid, wheat, fresh citrus which is the Cedrat which is a fruit I've never had. Under medium sour, light sweet. Under medium bodied with strong sparkling carbonation. Great.

Tap at Foeders. Bit hazy deep reddish brown, small beige head. Oxidized malts, dry red grapes, caramel, soft toffee, oxidixed red cherries and berries. Cola, glue, light yoghurt, dead leaves, balsamico. Quite sour, light sweet and bitter. Solid medium bodied. Nice to meet the brewers here too, hope I can find more of their beers in France.

nice mild sourness with a well balanced dark fruitiness. Clean, just slightly off taste, but nothing bad. Not a Beer Grenoble

A very strong farmhouse funk. Good body, low carbonation. Like a non-dry finishing saison. Not a Beer Grenoble
