Draft pour to a tulip at the Hop and Hound Watts release party. Purple tinted, muddy brown pour with a thin fizz head. Pretty balanced between sweet malt and mixed berry. Surprisingly, neither sweetness comes off overpowering. It's a smooth double digit offering. A little bit of a candy boozy bite late. Easy drinking brew here all things considered. Enjoyed this.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. I know I've had a few pours of their IPA by now, but I guess I still haven't gotten around to making it text official. I've liked what I've seen and tried from these guys. Hopefully we will see a taproom soon? My local local needs more! Clean, light golden pour. Patchy fizz head. A really grassy hop and earthy malt nose. Flavor is grassy dominated, and a sturdy rind bitterness. Late tones are a bitter citrus. Easy drinking IPA. Bold flavors. Pretty good stuff.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound. Surprising beer style to see from these ultimate local folks. And a well done beer too! Awesome. Dark reddish brown pour. No head. Worried at first, but that was thwarted quickly. Dark fruit aroma, Belgian impressions, slightly sweet. Flavor matches. Dark fruit, plum, grape, Belgian yeast. Strong, but certainly not boozy. Impressively smooth. Is that a word? Really looking forward to these guys growing. It's sure to happen.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Enjoyed a last beer of the work year beer last night, then found myself at work today, so this is my do-over. Every beer I try from these guys seem to get better and better. Might have something going here. Will be looking forward to a taproom hopefully someday. Dark brown pour, not an overly thick appearance. Coffee bean, toasty dark malts on the nose. Flavor is a good roasted malt, coffee bean like bitterness, and a good amount of creaminess. Not sure if this is intended to be a breakfast stout, but it fits well with the category. Best pair to a maple bar I've had in a long time. Solid stout here.

Enjoyed on tap at WA beer festival. Took notes on this beer, but couldn't find any info on the beer online until now. Very nice amount of spice to go along with the sturdy malt bill. Slightly soapy grain aroma. Long lingering spice, which I really enjoyed. Still hope to be able to visit a taproom from these guys some day soon. Good beer here.

Draft pour, half pint at Hop and Hound. The guest of honor. Missed the part IPAs from these guys, sadly. Still, fun yo finally try a beer from these guys. Hop and Hound is proudest local, so any friend of theirs, is a friend of mine. A cloudy, pulpy pour with a rocky fizz head. No secret that real fruit was used here. There might as well be chunks of kiwi floating in this one. A paired up tropical fruit and corn aroma. Flavor is a bit plastic.side up front, but a fresh juicy tropical fruit joins and covers. Soft corny linger. Flavorful, and refreshing. Fun beer.
