750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 7/2017. Pours slightly hazy pale golden/yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a nothing pretty quickly. Some light clinging bubbles on the glass. Aromas of big tart/sour lemon, lime, tangy rhubarb, berry, green apple, vanilla, pineapple, melon, white grape, hay, straw, grass, wheat, and cracker; with light notes of musty funk, pepper, white wine vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast. rhubarb, vanilla, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/sour lemon, lime, tangy rhubarb, berry, green apple, vanilla, pineapple, melon, white grape, hay, straw, grass, wheat, and cracker; with light notes of musty funk, pepper, white wine vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Moderate fruity/lactic tartness; light yeast spiciness and fruit tang on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour lemon, lime, tangy rhubarb, berry, green apple, vanilla, pineapple, melon, white grape, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, pepper, light funk/vinegar, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast. rhubarb, vanilla, and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/sourness and tangy fruit balance, with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from tart/sourness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 7%. Overall this an outstanding fruited sour ale! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast. rhubarb, vanilla, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink; with the balanced lactic/tangy/drying finish. Really well rounded Brett complexity and solid Lacto presence. Great balance of of the Rhubarb/vanilla, with solid malts to balance the acidity. A highly enjoyable offering.

Pours slightly hazy medium golden/yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lightly tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, melon, strawberry, red apple, pepper, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, rye, white bread dough, light leathery/musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, citrus/fruity hops, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, melon, strawberry, red apple, pepper, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, rye, white bread dough, light leathery/musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate yeast spiciness; and mild tartness and floral/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, melon, strawberry, red apple, pepper, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, rye, white bread dough, light leathery/musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, citrus/fruity hops, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from yeast spiciness and carbonation, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.5%. Overall this is an excellent wild IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, citrus/fruity hops, and bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Well rounded fruity Brett complexity with perfectly balanced hop and malt flavors. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Bottle at Salud courtesy of Jason, thank you sir! Cloudy yellow color white head. Aroma of pepper, dust, overripe stone fruit left in barnyard corners. Taste is funky dusty fruity tasty.

Bottle. Pours a clear earthy gold with a thin white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a good amount of dry sour light fruits with a bit of funk and a light sweetness underlying. Flavor is similar with dry sour fruit throughout supported by a light sweetness and a bit of funk.

Sampled from the tap at Sovengard. Pours a deep purple with a bubbly purplish pink head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma combines sweet and tart black current with some light funk and a hint of grains. Flavor is full of tart black current with a hint acid and a light grain backbone.

On tap at Hopcat GR. Pours a near clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grass, sour tropical fruit and pineapple with a nice funk backing. Flavor has more grass with just light tart tropical fruits and a bit of a funk in the finish.
