First Bière de Coupage for me. Tart, dry, funky, definite oakiness to it. Tastes closer to a dry lambic than any type of farmhouse ale.

Keg at Hop Yard Ale Works, 1/2/22. Hazy orange, large head, average retention. Aroma of tart lemon and orange, oak, herbal notes. Taste is oak, tart lime and lemon, mild funk. Dry, bright, tad bit thin. Very nice.

Very nice. Apricot and tangerine. Some light white wine. Golden pour with decent head soft carbonation. Light tart finish. Very nice. Tap at Shelter.

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with white head. Nose is citrus lemongrass notes some funky barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice tart citrus lemongrass and some wood.
