Draught. Yellowish golden colour with a tiny white head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is fruity, some funky and mild leathery tones with mild peachy tones too. Flavour is tart fruits, some wood, mild funk and some earthy tones.

Draught. Hazy reddish orange colour with a tiny quickly vanishing head. Aroma is yeast, some funk, leather, cherries, mild vinegary tones. Flavour is slight leather, cherries, some vinegary acidity with a bit of funk and mild rosehips too. Refreshing, but also somewhat dry palate.

3/9/24. Hazy amber, medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of raspberry and funk. Taste is sweet berry, funk, raisin, oak. Simple well done.

750ml bottle pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice apricot forward notes and some tart funky notes. Taste is more of the nice apricot some light citrus zest funky tartness and some barrel.

Much more American than Danish. Has that inevitable tartness, certainly more sour than I prefer for a saison. A fun, funky sipper. Not worth the price though.

750ml bottle at share.. Reddish amber pour, tight ring of head. Fruity aroma, berries and cherries. Taste is a dry tartness, sour cherry, strawberry.. Tartness grows with the taste, along with a medium pucker and a gum drying finish. Solid throughout.
