Hazy blonde with a thin head. This has a bit of a kit beer character to the malt, sweet and simple. Decent bitterness and some vaguely citrusy notes. I’d like it to be brighter but it’s well-made.

Amber, thick head. Goes in a chewy. Boozy direction. The balance isn’t bad, but definitely I’d like more hop brightness. 4 6 6 3 12

Well, this is a sweet pale lager of industrial ilk. Capunga does have some better beers, but I guess they had to make something to sell in the supermarkets and expose their brand a bit to the masses. Sweet, I guess clean pale malts, but low bitterness and nothing in terms of complexity. Drink it before it gets warm...which in Pernambuco is about five minutes tops.
