Draft pour pint at Elliott Bay Pizza. Mill Creek. Clean and bright copper appearance. Rocky head. Very flavorful lager, with a big bitter note. Dense bready grains, hints of caramel. Bold, biting spicy malt linger. Floral and spicy palate is both unique and enjoyable. A little on the strong side for this style, Id say, and it shows in taste. Can't knock it for that though. Tasty brew, and fun introduction to a new brewery.

Sampled at the brewery's booth at GABF 2023 - so Rateber, are you sure these guys are out of business? Clear deep amber color, light tan head with good retention. Aroma of lightly spiced toasted caramel. Taste is vinous spice and more caramel. Very tasty.
