Description
We are.. An independent 6 barrel craft microbrewery situated in Mold, North Wales We love.. To brew modern day beer for modern day beer drinkers – Contemporary and not-so-contemporary beers alike. We like to brew new beers all the time alongside our three core beers. We started.. brewing commercially in the summer of 2016 – Although we’ve been formulating and experimenting with recipes since 2014.

Brewery later went on to reinvent itself as Loka Polly (now Polly's Brew Co) with a more experimental focus on modern craft beer.

Cask @ Shrewsbury Beer Festival 2016. Pours dark with a small tan head. Aroma is lightly sweet, lactose. Taste is milky with a berry sweetness, chocolate, cereal malts and coffee on the finish. Complex with some unexpected twists and turns. A promising new brewery.
