0,5 flaske delt med Ovesen ombord på Fridtjofen: som en pils (men bedre enn norsk standard), og med litt ekstra smak fra birketilsettingen. Det lysnet ikke i skoven.

Bottle shared by Cuso, thanks. Aroma is herbal, liquorice, light coffee, very light hops. Taste is mostly liquorice, light milk chocolate, light roasted. Unusual, but I liked it. Dark brown colour, brown head. My first sweet stout, it was not what I expected, but nevertheless a tasty and drinkable beer. Alcohol hidden well.

Bottle from rosenbergh, many thanks. Shared with Gurthnar. Dark brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, licorice. Taste, roasted sweet malt, coffee, licorice, dried fruits. Very light bitterness in finish. Little bit more on sweet side, but definitely highly drinkable beer.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of hop with a citrus note. Pleasant, bitter taste of hop with a reasonable dry finish. Richly, perhaps too richly, carbonated. Not bad, just reasonable for a mass market Danish IPA.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with airy light tan head. Dark aroma of malt and caramel, slightly distorted by a mildly metallic finish. Bittersweet, roasty flavour of malt and spice. Richly carbonated. Not bad for the type, but not anything really extraordinary.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hop with a citrusy note. Sweetish, a little yeasty flavour with a hoppy bitter finish. Not bad, especially to go with a traditional Central European dinner.

Bottle. Pours clear amber/tea with airy off-white head. Faint aroma of malt and not much else. Slightly bitter of malt with irregular sweet notes of something roasted. Dry finish. Quite unbalanced, but not bad as such.
