2021 bottle. Pours dark, reddish brown, with a small, beige head. The aroma is peat smoke, brandied cherry, leather, toasted oak, cloves, and vanilla. Dry and malty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium to heavy body, syrupy, grainy, and velvety. Nice and complex, with a lot of barrel notes and depth.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a murky, brown color, with a small, beige head. The nose is plum, leather, vanilla, coriander, anise, cherry brandy, and demerara rum. Surprisingly dry and musty. Medium to heavy body, earthy, and a bit boozy. Interesting and quality, if a bit astringent.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a small, white head. The nose is strawberry, butterscotch, rose, mint, and light pine. Sweet and a bit fruity, and just a bit hot. Light, velvety, and clean. Easy and fun.

Taster at the brewery, as 'Reynardo 2022'. Pours a clear, dark red color, with a small, frothy, tan head. The aroma is sour cherries, leather, dried lime, and turbinado sugar. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, pleasant sour finish. A bit of earthy bitterness. Medium body, acidic, and lingering. Delicious, easy, and clean.

On draft at the brewery. 100th rating from NM! Pours black with a tan head. Aromas are smoky malts. Flavors are moderately sweet dark chocolate with some significant bitterness.
