12 oz. bottle. Pours a murky, brown color, with a small, beige head. The nose is plum, leather, vanilla, coriander, anise, cherry brandy, and demerara rum. Surprisingly dry and musty. Medium to heavy body, earthy, and a bit boozy. Interesting and quality, if a bit astringent.

Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, pleasant sour finish. A bit of earthy bitterness. Medium body, acidic, and lingering. Delicious, easy, and clean.
