Taster at the Gate City Craft Bar. Clear, brown color, with a fair, foamy, beige head. Beautiful chile nose, with caramel, cinnamon, and hay. Sweet and malty, no bitterness, and a big, building heat. Glad I saved it for the end of the flight. Medium body, slick, and hot. Lovely chile beer.

Taster at the Gate City Craft Bar. Pours black, with a huge, foamy, tan head. The nose is nutmeg, red vermouth, dark chocolate, and bitter pecan. Sweet and sugary, with a harsh touch of acidity. Medium body, chalky, and hard. Interesting.

Taster at the Gate City Craft Bar. Pours a clear, amber color, with a small, beige head. The nose is vanilla, hay, band-aid, and water crackers. Sweet and malty, with an acrid, off bitterness. Light, sticky, and clingy. Not great.
