Round 1, dry pours in their tight garage tasting room. Clear, pale, still. Light floral, in-descriptively fresh nose. Slight wax, lush honey, agave citrus, middling acid, a touch of body, mellow heat. Pretty good.

Flight pour at their garage tap room. Pale gold, slight cloudy. Rounded apple nose, flabby. Mellow sweet, more mushy dessert apple, savory cooked, slight acid. Thin heat at the finish, slick smooth body. Had a second pour to confirm but didn't fall in love with it.

Bottle pour at their garage turned tasting room, Sept 24. Coarse but steering clear, pale yellow, still. None of their meads are carbonated. Floral, delicate, buttery, not much apple like there would be in chamomile tea. Honey esters are pushed forward, silky feel, a bit of body+, light acid, very slight vanilla, mellow heat, very round & obviously aged. Just amazing. Had two full pours after the tasting.

In my initial flight at their garage tap room, Sept 24. Pale, soft gold. Floral, churned, pale maple butter nose. Delicate maple candy; buttery, cream, lovely. Coating, slightly acidic body. Not very heavy. So much softer than maple syrup. Had two pours & then bought a bottle to take home.

Taste at the Vino and Notes festival. Clear, straw color. Maple, caramel, and oak. Sweet and sugary. Medium body, sticky and smooth. Solid.

Taste at the Estes Park Holiday Wine Festival. Pours a clear, straw color. The nose is Riesling, orange blossom, cloves, and raw honey. Sweet and sugary. Syrupy and bright. Quality.
