Bottle pour at their garage turned tasting room, Sept 24. Coarse but steering clear, pale yellow, still. None of their meads are carbonated. Floral, delicate, buttery, not much apple like there would be in chamomile tea. Honey esters are pushed forward, silky feel, a bit of body+, light acid, very slight vanilla, mellow heat, very round & obviously aged. Just amazing. Had two full pours after the tasting.

In my initial flight at their garage tap room, Sept 24. Pale, soft gold. Floral, churned, pale maple butter nose. Delicate maple candy; buttery, cream, lovely. Coating, slightly acidic body. Not very heavy. So much softer than maple syrup. Had two pours & then bought a bottle to take home.
