16 oz. can from the brewery, drunk at a campsite in RMNP. Pours a nice, clear, amber color, with a big, foamy, tan head. The aroma is pumpernickel, toffee, pecans, mild pine, and musty earth. Sweet and malty, with a brisk, earthy bitterness. Light to medium body, sharp, and effervescent. Quality and on style.

Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, tan head. The nose is mocha, pineapple, and pumpernickel. Sweet and malty, with a funky, acrid bitterness. Medium body, syrupy, and slick. Off and unpleasant.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a light, hazy, yellow color, with a fair, bubbly, white head. The nose is pineapple and coconut, orange liqueur, vanilla, light grass, and lemongrass. Very sweet and syrupy, with a mild, backing bitterness. Medium body, slick, and clean. Bright and focused. Basically a Pina Colada.
